Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to all purchases made on www.theca.it site and is specifically requested to read and approved by the customer before the purchase is concluded under penalty of nullity of the same. THECA astucci S.r.l. reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.

VALIDITY OF THE CONDITIONS

The terms conditions specified are valid only for EU and US market.

PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS

The images are purely for purposes of illustration, the images of each product are accurate as possible, however the same can differ with respect to the purchased product, for example, in color, shape and size.
For a better description of the products offered some images are reduced compared to the original and therefore not to scale 1: 1.
All descriptions of the products published in the online catalog are as accurate and current as possible.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

The order placed by the clients is acquired by THECA astucci S.r.l. that will give immediate notification of receipt by e-mail. THECA astucci S.r.l. reserves the acceptance of the order, in whole or in part, by giving formal confirmation to you through e-mail in case of changes or problems. The order will be processed subject to compliance with the agreed terms of payment and implicitly accepted by the customer when the order is the same. Orders are accepted only after the seller sent to the customer an email receipt and confirmation of the order and it has been correctly received by the customer, except as provided in the following paragraphs.
In case you are asked a shipping address different from that provided during registration and also in all other cases where it becomes necessary, the seller reserves the right to make acceptance of the order to the verification of residence and / or of the customer's personal data, in some cases requiring the transmission by fax or email copy of the appropriate documentation proving (identity card, credit card, etc.). Ownership of the goods delivered remain to the seller as long as the full price including VAT, if due, and any additional charges has not been fully paid.

PRICES, VAT AND BILLING

All prices are in Euros, excluding VAT and with are proper packaging included. For each shipment are issued the invoice and the appropriate document valid for the purposes of the guarantee, and as a proof of purchase, also in relation to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

AVAILABILITY

THECA astucci S.r.l. undertakes to send the items ordered and available in stock as quickly as possible and within a 20 working days after order confirmation.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

The shipping costs are charge by the recipient, they are calculated based on the weight and destination of the products purchased and are regularly billed to the customer. The shipping address is defined as those specified by the customer during the online purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
The goods travel at risk of the Supplier until the delivery to the address specified by the customer.

COMPLAINTS, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer is entitled to cancel the contract without penalty within 10 (ten) days of receipt of any product for sale on the site. The products being made must be returned in exactly the same conditions in which they were shipped.

PROCEDURES FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

To proceed with the return of the goods purchased and subject to withdrawal, the customer must notify us within the above period of its intention to withdraw from the purchase, justifying the request. The communication can be sent by e-mail addressed to [email protected]. THECA astucci S.r.l. will then authorize the shipment in return without this constituting implicit acceptance of the return that can be granted only after examination and compliance check of the returned objects. The method of delivery must be agreed and approved by e-mail with THECA astucci S.r.l.. THECA astucci S.r.l. will back the amounts paid by the customer within 30 working days from receipt of return by bank transfer, to the account specified by the customer time of notification of the need to withdraw from. Other means of reimbursement can be arranged depending on the case.

JURISDICTION

For any unresolved dispute between the parties will be settled by the Court of Alexandria
