How to print labels from Word

It is more complicated to explain than to do it! Just follow a few steps using Microsoft Word for printing mailing shipping stickers:
- open a document in Word
- select Letters in the menu bar
- select "labels" at the top left
- click on the Options button at the bottom
- choose the printer then find the brand and model of your labels in the drop-down menu
- type the text you want to print on the label in the "address" field
- choose if you want to repeat the same text on all labels
- print a single label
- you can print immediately or select New document to view them (or save the file) before printing them and then print them
If you need to print out all different stickers, at the New Document stage you simply have to write the text in each label field and then proceed with to make printing.
